A thirty minute drive from Plymouth and centrally located in the Gateway to Cornwall, we are ideally located, a few minutes off the A38, for guests travelling from any part of the Country.
We specialise in the smaller, intimate receptions, for up to around 65 guests for a seated hot Wedding breakfast or up to 120 for an informal buffet, each designed to your own individual requirements and budget. We hold a Civil Wedding Licence and you can be married with the backdrop of the beautiful rolling hills of the Looe Valley.

Our multi-award winning Hotel is a nine bedroomed luxury Country Manor House, situated just minutes from the A38 making it easily accessible from any part of the Country.
Slightly inland, we have absolutely stunning country views from the hotel but are only 3 miles from Looe and the picturesque Cornish coast.
Food is definitely to the fore here. We are Cornwall's only country house hotel whose restaurant has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes - and in our case for 21 consecutive years! We have twice been voted the Good Food Guide’s ‘County Restaurant of the Year’. The 2008 Good Food Guide lists us in the top seven ‘Best for Breakfast’ in the Country.
